摘    要:研究了纳米SiO2填充短炭纤维/环氧复合材料的摩擦磨损性能。为了提高纳米粒子的分散性,对其进行了表面接枝改性。用磨损试验机评价了复合材料的摩擦学性能,发现当纳米粒子质量分数为5%,纤维质量分数为10%时,复合材料具有最低的摩擦系数和比磨损率。用扫描电镜观察了磨损面的形貌,研究了各种材料在相同条件下被硝酸刻蚀的程度,并用...

Abstract:The tribological properties of short carbon fiber(SCF)/epoxy resin(EP) composites filled with nano-SiO2 were investigated.The surface of nano-SiO2 was modified to improve the dispersion in epoxy resin.By evaluating sliding wear properties of the composites,it is found that the composite with 5% nano-SiO2 and 10% carbon fiber offers the greatest improvement of the tribological performance.The worn surface morphology of composites and the extent of various composites etched by nitric acid under the same condition were investigated by scanning electron microscope(SEM),and then the transfer films formed on the counterface was observed by optical microscope(OM).The results show that compared with SCF/EP composite,the composite filled with nano-SiO2 exhibits a smoother worn surface and can form an uniform transfer film on the counterface after rubbing against it.Furthermore,nano-SiO2 can enhance the matrix and prevent the material loss when sliding.Moreover,the grafted nano-SiO2 is superior to the untreated version.
