摘    要:在超临界二氧化碳介质中,通过自由基爆聚反应制备了一系列不同投料比的丙烯酸、丙烯酸十八酯与乙烯基吡咯烷酮共聚物.通过扫描电镜、红外光谱、乌氏黏度计、旋转黏度计研究了聚合物结构与性质;并研究了不同的投料比和反应压力对共聚反应的影响.实验结果表明,在一定的压力及投料比下,共聚反应发生爆聚,利用超临界二氧化碳压力可调的特点,通...

Abstract:Copolymerization of acrylic acid,octadecyl acrylate and vinylpyrrolidone was carried out in supercritical carbon dioxide medium by explosive polymerization.The structure and solution properties of the copolymer were studied by scanning electron microscopy,FT-IR,Ubbelohde viscometer and rotational viscometer.The effect of pressure and composition in feed on reaction was discussed.It shows copolymerization with vinylpyrrolidone is observed to produce explosive polymerization.The reaction can be proceed by decreasing temperature.The yield of copolymer is above 95%.The product was obtained in the form of a white powder and aggregates of particles in size of about 1μm.The copolymer solution has excellent viscosity in low concentration.
