快速成型技术在集成制造及微机械制造中的应用

摘    要:随着经济和科技的快速发展,市场竞争日益激烈,产品的更新换代加速,这就要求制造厂家缩短新产品的设计与试制周期,而快速制造出产品原型是最关键.传统方法一般需要几周甚至几个月的时间来完成,这与市场竞争的需求是大相径庭的.为了解决这个问题,一种全新的造型技术逐渐发展起来,这就是快速成型技术.主要探讨的是快速成型技术在集成制造以及微机械制造中的应用.快速成型技术被广泛应用于集成制造以及微机械制造当中,并且效果良好.可以说,这是继数控技术之后,制造业的又一次革命.

Abstract:With the rapid development of economy and technology, an increasingly competitive market, accelerate the upgrading of products, which requires manufacturers to shorten the new product design and trial period, and quickly create a prototype is the most critical. Traditional methods generally take several weeks or even months to complete, which compete with the market demand is very different. To solve this problem, a new modeling technology gradually developed, which is rapid prototyping technology. Focuses on the application of rapid prototyping technology in integrated manufacturing and micro-mechanical manufacturing. Rapid prototyping technology is widely used in micro-integrated manufacturing and machinery manufacturing them, and to good effect. It can be said that this is the second digital technology, manufacturing another revolution.
