摘    要:
应用键合图理论,结合Simulink仿真程序,对国产某轿车半主动控制液压悬置进行仿真分析,并用实验验证。结果表明,通过对该悬置系统实施半主动控制,即在其工作状态下调节悬置内节流孔的开度,可以有效地改变悬置系统的动态特性。在振动的低频段内,尤其是在发动机怠速运转的激振频率点附近,可以对悬置系统的动特性进行适应性的调节和控制。实施控制后的液压悬置动特性能够满足悬置系统理想动特性的要求,从而可以降低并迅速衰减汽车怠速运转时发动机的振动,提高汽车的舒适性。

The Simulation Analysis of Vibration Isolating Characteristics for Engine Mount based on the Bond Graph Theory

Abstract:
A semi-active control hydraulic mount adopted by some native car is analyzed by simulation and validated by experiment through using bond graph and Simulink in this article. The result indicates that the dynamic characteristic of the mount system is improved effectively by using semi-active control. In low frequency scale, especially on the frequency of idle speed, the dynamic characteristics of mount system can be adjusted and controlled. The dynamic characteristics of mount can meet the demand of ideality dynamic characteristics of mount system, thus the vibration of engine earl be attenuated rapidly on idle speed and comfort is improved.
