| Abstract: | Technological and vocational educations were supposed to lay foundations for the sustainable developments of students when graduate. Three problems in comprehensive quality cultivation of practical professionals need to be solved, which are cultivations of basic capabilities and qualifies, specialized capabilities and qualities, as well as innovative spirit and entrepreneurial competence. |
