齿面激光熔覆修复工艺及缺陷分析

摘    要:齿轮是最常用的机械零件之一,其制造成本较高,在工程中常因各种失效而致报废。采用激光熔覆技术对齿面进行单道、多层、多道搭接烧结实验,获得了表面平整、外形规则并形成冶金结合的修复层。分析了熔覆层中产生的裂纹、气孔、齿顶塌陷、表面粗糙等缺陷的原因,并提出了解决这些问题的方法。

Repairing of Laser Cladding Technology on Gear Surface and Its Defect Analysis

Abstract:Gear is one of the most commonly used machine part, its manufacturing cost is high. Gear was scraped because of various failure in industry.For single pass, multi-layer, multi pass lap sintering experiment on gear surface by laser cladding, the smooth, regular shape and metallurgical bonding repair layer was formed. The causes of cracks, pores, surface roughness and layer roof collapse in the laser cladding was analysised, and puts forward some methods to solve these problems.
