摘 要: | 航空产品结构复杂、研制周期长,对安全性和可靠性要求高,这对质量管理和控制提出了更高的要求。基于构型对航空产品全生命周期质量管理过程和质量状态监控进行了分析,构建了基于构型产品全生命周期质量状态矩阵;并通过开发基于构型的航空产品生命周期质量状态监控系统,实现了航空产品全生命周期质量状态监控,保证了航空产品质量。

Abstract: | Air products have complex structure, long developing time and high requirements for safety and reliability, which improves the requirements of quality management and control. By analyzing the air products' life-cycle quality management process and monitoring quality status based on configuration, a product life-cycle quality status matrix based on configuration is built and it is realized that the air products' life-cycle quality status is monitored and air products are ensured by developing a configuration based air products' quality status monitoring system |
