褐煤低温热解过程中焦油析出特性的研究

摘    要:本文选用4种我国不同产地的褐煤对其在低温热解过程中焦油的析出特性进行了研究,主要考察了煤样在不同温度、不同保温时间下煤样焦油的析出特性。结果分析表明:不同产地的褐煤其焦油的析出量不同且差别较大;而在相同温度下,煤样的焦油析出率随保温时间的增加而增加;同时在相同保温时间下,煤样温度越高,焦油析出量越多。

Abstract:In this article, research is made on tar extract property at low-temperature pyrolysis for four kinds of brown coals from different origin, mainly on coal tar extract property at different temperature and different holding time. The research shows that tar extract amount is much different for brown coal from different origins, even at the same temperature, the tar extract rate increase with the increase in holding time. With the same holding time, the higher the temperature of the coal sample, the more the tar extract amount becomes.
