摘    要:利用Floterm分析了Chassis整机流场,并优化了流场;采用先获得单板阻力特性,构建单板阻尼简化模型的方法,简化了整机模型,提高运算效率;采用Zoom In,建立了详细的单板模型,较为准确地得到相关芯片温度,为设计提供了可靠依据,并具有一定的工程参考意义。

Abstract:In this paper,first the flow field of the whole chassis is analyzed,then we do the optimized design.First we obtain the resistance characteristic of the board and then we construct a simple model of board resistance;thus the whole chassis model is simplified,resulting in improvement of efficiency calculation.Adopting the method of Zoom In,a detailed model of board is established and more precise junction temperature of the chip is obtained,which provide a reliable foundation for design.The method introduced...
