| Abstract: | By combining with the engineering examples, the paper applying the whole structure concept, points out the idea of the axial tension by overcoming moment by adopting the self-weight balance, and adopts the system of the double resistance to lateral force, so as to realize the multilayer proofing seismic design goal. |
