摘    要:针对迫击炮炮口扰动问题,通过建立某120 mm迫击炮结构动力学模型,采用有限元法、层次分析法、Kriging模型和遗传算法相结合的方法,进行了迫击炮结构动力学优化.以试验数据为训练样本,建立了基于迫击炮炮箍位置与炮口扰动之间的非线性映射关系.通过构建优化目标函数,利用遗传算法对目标函数进行求解,实现了迫击炮炮口扰动量最小值的优化.研究表明,在多工况下优化后的追击炮炮箍位置,有效减少了炮口扰动,对于研究追击炮炮口扰动问题具有一定的参考意义.

Optimization Design for Gun Hoop Position of Mortar

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of mortar muzzle disturbance,the structural dynamics model of a 120 mm mortar was established,and the dynamic optimization of mortar structure was carried out by using the combination of the finite element method,the analytic hierarchy process,the Kriging model and the genetic algorithm.Based on the test data for the training sample,a nonlinear mapping relationship between the gun hoop position of mortar and muzzle disturbance was established.By constructing the optimization objective function,the objective function was solved using genetic algorithm and the minimum quantity optimization of mortar muzzle disturbance was realized.Research shows that the muzzle disturbance could be effectively reduced at the gun hoop position which is optimized under multiple conditions,and it has certain reference significance for the study on mortar muzzle disturbance problem.
