基于ADAMS的HR150旋挖钻机变幅机构动态仿真分析

摘    要:在分析旋挖钻机变幅机构工作原理的基础上,运用SolidWorks软件对旋挖钻机变幅机构进行三维实体建模及装配,并将模型导入虚拟样机分析软件ADAMS中。利用多体系动力学理论,在ADAMS中给模型施加约束和驱动,对其进行运动学仿真分析,得到旋挖钻机变幅机构各构件的受力及油缸压力情况,验证了设计的合理性,确保设计的机械结构能够达到使用要求。

Abstract:Using SolidWorks to make the 3D solid model and assembly luffing mechanism of HR150 orotary drilling rig,importing model into virtual prototyping software ADAMS.Base on system dynamics theory.Using ADAMS to add restriction and drive in model,dynamically simulating it,get each component of force and cylinder pressure of rotary drilling rig luffing mechanism,validation of the model availability,ensure that design of mechanical structure can be achieved the use of requirements.
