| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种结构简单的筛网卷制机,并对其加工过程、结构特点等问题作了详细论述。该机通过更换不同的模盘,能实现直径准φ150～1 000 mm圆柱状筛网的加工,效率高,操作方便。设计中采用Pro/E软件对该机的零件和装配进行了三维实体建模和运动仿真,并由此生成了二维工程图,缩短了设计制造周期,其方法值得借鉴、推广。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced a kind of simple structured sieve-net winding machine and made detailed discussion of the processing process,the structure characteristics and so on.This machine can realize the processing of diameter lower 150 mm to 1 000 mm cylindrical sieve-net through change different mold plates,it has high efficiency and convenient in operation.The design has used Pro/E software to do the 3D entity modeling and movement simulation of the machine’s component and assembly,thus generated the two-dimensional engineering graphics and shorten the design and manufacturing time.The method is worth using for reference and promotion. |
