7N01铝合金高频脉冲TIG焊电信号与温度场分析

摘    要:
7N01铝合金广泛应用于高速列车承载梁等结构件,其强度高、挤压性和耐蚀性好。研究表明,在焊接基础电流上复合适当的高频率脉冲电流,可对铝合金焊缝熔池液态金属的凝固组织产生显著影响,有利于改善和提高铝合金的焊接质量。现阶段大多数实验多采用低频脉冲,为丰富和拓展相关领域的研究,实验采用在直流/脉冲TIG焊基础上复合高频脉冲(频率f>40kHz)的TIG焊工艺,在7N01铝合金板上堆焊,采集和分析电信号和温度场信号,对比分析直流和脉冲加上不同高频脉冲后对电信号和温度场信号的影响,进而为改善高频脉冲焊接工艺、提高焊接质量提供理论依据。

Abstract:
7N01 aluminum alloy can be widely used in high-speed train bearing beam and other structural parts,with high strength,good extrusion and corrosion resistance. Some studies have shown that the combination of appropriate high frequency pulse current on the basis of welding current can significantly affect the solidification structure of liquid metal in the weld pool of aluminum alloy,which is beneficial to improve and enhance the welding quality of aluminum alloy. At present,most of the pulses used in the experiment are low-frequency pulses,in order to enrich and expand research in related fields,the TIG welding process based on DC/pulse TIG welding combined with high-frequency pulse(frequency f>40 kHz) is adopted in this experiment,welding on 7N01 aluminum alloy plate,collection and analysis of signals and temperature signals. The effects of DC/pulse combined with different high-frequency pulses on electric signals and temperature field signals are compared and analyzed,so as to provide theoretical basis for improving high-frequency pulse welding process and welding quality.
