热催化可燃气体检测仪在不同环境下的性能探究

摘    要:针对热催化式可燃气体检测仪的工作准确性及可靠性进行了研究,通过相同测试条件下热催化可燃气体检测仪示数和色谱分析可燃气体的浓度对比值,验证热催化式可燃气体检测仪数值的准确性。并且通过改变不同的检测条件,探究热催化式可燃气体检测仪的适用条件。实验结果证明热催化式可燃气体检测仪可以用于定性检测实际过程,并提出其在使用过程中的注意事项。

Abstract:The accuracy and reliability of combustible gas detector based on thermal catalytic principle were studied. The concentration of combustible gas under the same condition was respectively detected by thermal catalytic combustible gas detector and gas chromatograph. Then through the contrast of results, the accuracy of the combustible gas detector based on thermal catalytic principle was verified. And applicable conditions of the combustible gas detector based on thermal catalytic principle were investigated by changing detection conditions. The results proved that the combustible gas detector based on thermal catalytic principle can be used to qualitatively detect combustible gas. At last, some precautions in the using process of the combustible gas detector were put forward.
