摘    要:建立了化妆品包装材料中邻苯二甲酸双(2-乙基己基)酯迁移量(DEHP)的气相色谱质谱检测方法。化妆品包装材料样品采用不同模拟物在不同条件下浸泡后,浸泡液经正己烷萃取,气相色谱质谱联用仪分析,外标法定量。在优化的条件下,DEHP在0.01~10.0 mg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 3,方法检出限为0.10 mg/L。在空白样品中添加低、中、高3个浓度水平时,平均加标回收率在90%~110%之间,相对标准偏差在2.4%~8.2%之间。方法简单快速、灵敏可靠,可满足化妆品包装材料中DEHP迁移量的检测需求。对阳性样品中DEHP的迁移行为进行研究,结果表明DEHP迁移量随着浸泡液中乙醇比例的增大和浸泡时间的增加而增加。

Abstract:A gas chromatography mass spectrometry method for determination of bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (DEHP) migration quantity in cosmetic packaging materials was established. The migration test was carried out with different simulated solution under different conditions, then the solution was extracted with n-hexane, external standard method was used for quantitative analysis. Under optimized conditions, there was a good linear relationship in the range of 0.01~10.0 mg/L, and the curve correlation coefficient (r) was 0.9993, the limit of detection was 0.10 mg/L. At three addition levels, the average recovery was between 90% and 110%,with relative standard deviation of 2.4%~8.2%. The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and reliable, and can meet the requirement of determining DEHP migration quantity in cosmetic packaging materials. Study on the migration behavior of DEHP was also carried out. The results showed that the amount of DEHP migration increased with the increase of ethanol ratio in simulated solution and migration time.
