摘    要:利用湿法冶金的核心技术-酸浸法,对电镀污泥中的重金属铬进行堆浸。实验证明,利用H2SO4作堆浸酸液,当固液比为1∶50,堆浸液pH=1,静态堆浸4 h或动态堆浸3 h,处理后堆浸液可用于回收有用金属,堆浸残渣中的铬的含量低于国家电镀污泥农用排放标准,可进行填埋等处理。

Abstract:The heap leaching of heavy metal chromium from electroplating sludge was carried out by acid leaching method as the core technology of hydrometallurgy. Experiment results showed that, when H2SO4 was used as the heap leaching acid solution, the solid-liquid ratio was 1:50, the heap leaching solution pH was 1, static heap leaching time was 4 h or dynamic heap leaching time was 3 h , the heap leaching solution after treatment can be used to recover useful metal, and the chromium content in the heap leaching residue was lower than that of the national agricultural discharge standard for electroplating sludge.
