摘    要:安家庄油田属典型的低渗油田,矿物敏感性表现为中强酸敏和中强水敏,注水后压力上升快,吸水能力差,同时常规酸化措施效果差,针对这一情况研制了一种新型增注剂,增注性能评价实验表明,这种新型增注剂具有较好的缩膨降压增注和提高驱油效率的性能,适用于新投产的注水井;在新型增注剂基础上研发的复合缩膨降压增注体系既可以降低表面张力,防膨降压增注,又具有解堵的性能,适用于长期注水的老井。2015年在安家庄油田实施缩膨降压增注5井次,施工成功率100%,单井注水量平均增加5.4 m3/d,对应油井累积增油量396.7 t,取得良好效果。

Abstract:Anjiazhuang oilfield belongs to low permeability oilfield with strong acid sensitivity and water sensitivity. Due to poor water absorbing capacity, water injection pressure of reservoir rises quickly. Meanwhile the effect of conventional acidification is not good enough. In view of this situation, a new injection agent has been developed. The injection performance evaluation experiments show that this new type of injection agent has good performance for shrinking swelled clay, reducing pressure and increasing injection to improve oil displacement efficiency, so it is suitable for new water injection wells. The new composite increasing injection system can reduce the surface tension, and augment injection ability, and has the ability to relieve plug, so it is suitable for long-term oil injection wells. In 2015 increasing injection of 5 wells was implemented in Anjiazhuang oilfield with 100% success rate. The injection volume of single well water was increased by an average of 5.4 m3/d, and the corresponding cumulative oil increment was 396.7 t.
