摘    要:以110 kV交联电缆进水故障为例,总结了目前电缆在运行管理中出现进水故障的原因、危害和常见处理方法。某石化企业110 k V交联电缆发生单相接地故障后,故障电缆线芯全段进水,无法正常恢复,通过分析电缆故障时线芯负压吸入蒸汽而凝结成水的机理,根据抽真空充氮气的方法制定干燥处理方案,成功地应用抽真空充氮法进行了水分清除,完成电缆修复,为此类电缆进水受潮故障的处理提供参考。

Abstract:Takingwater infiltration accident of 110 kV XLPE cable as an example, fault reasons, harm and common treatment methods in the cable operation and management were summarized. After the single-phase grounding fault of 110 kV XLPE cable happened in a company, water infiltrated into the whole fault cable conductor, and normal operation was not restored. By analyzing the mechanism of fault cable inhaling the vapor to condense into water, the drying treatment scheme was formulated based on vacuumizing and filling nitrogen method, the moisture was successfully removed and the fault cable was repaired.
