花状三元Mg~(2+)-Zn~(2+)-Al~(3+)-LDHs的制备及其光催化性能研究

摘    要:以尿素为沉淀剂,以Mg(NO_3)_2·4H_2O、Zn(NO_3)_2·6H_2O、Al(NO_3)_3·9H_2O为原料,采用均相沉淀技术制备了Mg~(2+)-Zn~(2+)-Al~(3+)-LDHs新型光催化材料。实验研究结果表明Mg~(2+)-Zn~(2+)-Al~(3+)-LDHs为片层状圆盘状形貌,平面尺寸为3μm,厚度约为250 nm,层间距为0.781 nm。该材料禁带宽度窄(2.49 Eg),是理想的光催化剂。以Mg~(2+)-Zn~(2+)-Al~(3+)-LDHs作为光催化剂,在一定条件下可以有效降解甲基橙。催化反应60 min后,降解率为95%。

Abstract:Using urea as a precipitant, a new type photocatalytic material of Mg2+-Zn2+-Al3+-LDHs was prepared from Mg(NO3)2·4H2O,Zn(NO3)2·6H2O,Al(NO3)3·9H2O by homogeneous precipitation method.The characterization results show that Mg2+-Zn2+-Al3+-LDHs has lamellar discoid morphology, the plane size is 3μm and the thickness is about 250 nm. The layer spacing of Mg2+-Zn2+-Al3+-LDHs is 0.781 nm,and the band gap (2.49 Eg) is lower, so it is a excellent photocatalyst for degradation of methylene blue.
