摘    要:针对以废轮胎热解油掺燃为燃料的发动机燃烧特性,提出研制一种专用发动机油。研制油采用蓖麻基癸二酸二辛酯与油溶性聚醚的复合作为基础油,不仅环境友好而且具有生物降解性;有针对性地选用多种功能添加剂。从不同添加剂配方研制的发动机油中筛选出最优方案。经理化性能分析及模拟试验可知,所研制的发动机油能够满足以废轮胎热解油掺燃为燃料发动机的使用性能要求。

Abstract:Based on combustion characteristics of the waste tire pyrolysis oil, a new type of engine oil was developed. Castor base dioctyl sebacate and oil soluble polyether compound were used as base oil, which is not only environmentally friendly, but also has biodegradability. And then a variety of functional additives were selected. The best scheme was determined through analyzing properties of the engine oil produced by different additives. The performance analysis and simulation tests show that the engine oil can meet the performance requirements of engine using the waste tire pyrolysis oil as fuel.
