摘    要:针对土壤环境中微量元素测量的需求,提出一种基于ICP-MS等离子体质谱仪的元素测量方法对元素的质量分数进行测定。为提高测量的精度,引入HNO3-HCl-HF微波消解体系对样品进行前处理,然后采用元素同位素、内标元素的方式减少基体效应给测量带来的干扰。最后,通过上述的方法,测量得到样品中Cr、Pb、Se元素的质量分数与标准土壤中Cr、Pb、Se元素的质量分数基本一致,并且可以精确到ng的精确度。由此,通过上述的试验得出,本文提出的方法可准确测量土壤中微量的重金属元素,并且精度高。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirement of measuring trace elements in soil environment, a method of elemental measurement based on ICP-MS plasma mass spectrometer was proposed to determine the mass fraction of elements. In order to improve the accuracy of measurement, HNO3-HCl-HF microwave digestion system was used to pretreat the sample, and then the interference caused by matrix effect was reduced by using element isotope and internal standard element. The results show that determined mass fraction of the elements Cr, Pb and Se in the sample is basically consistent with the mass fraction of Cr, Pb and Se in the standard soil, and the method has the accuracy of ng level. Therefore, the method can accurately measure the trace amount of heavy metals in soil.
