摘    要:汪深1-平1井是大庆油田一口深井水平井,完钻井深4205m,水平段长1009.51m,因地质原因2次填井侧钻,施工中轨迹控制难度加大。直井段4,311.1mm井眼采用大尺寸塔式钻具组合既可以控制井斜,又能释放钻压;造斜段做好二次剖面设计及施工预案,优选螺杆度数,使实钻轨迹尽量接近设计轨迹;水平段施工做到滑动钻进和复合钻进的合理分配.尽量使轨迹平滑。侧钻选用1.5°单弯螺杆,摆好工具面后小钻压侧钻,同时取砂样分析水泥与岩屑比例,水泥量减少后逐渐加压.禁止启动转盘。该井轨迹控制及2次成功侧钻为该地区水平井施工提供了借鉴。

Abstract:Well Wangshenl-Pingl is a deep horizontal well of Daqing Oilfield. The total depth of this well is 4,205 m and the length of horizontal section is 1,009.51 m. Due to the geology reasons, this well was filled in and was sidetracked twice. During the well operation, the difficulty of trajectory control is large. The tapered drillstring assembly with large size was used in the 49311.1 mm borehole of vertical section, which not only can control the well deviation, but also can release the drilling pressure. The secondary profile design and operation plan should be done and the screw degree should be optimized in the angle buildup interval. The trajectory of real drilling should be close to the design. In the operation of horizontal section, sliding and composite drilling are allocated reasonably with a smooth trajectory. The single bend screw of 1.5° is selected in the process of sidetracking with small drilling pressure. Meanwhile, the proportion of cement and debris is analyzed by using the cored sand sample. The pressure is increased gradually after the quantity of cement is decreased and starting turnplate is forbidden. This trajectory control technique and the secondary successful sidetracking can provide a reference for the operation of horizontal well in this area.
