摘    要:石墨烯是由碳原子以sp~2杂化连接的蜂巢状的单原子层构成的二维材料,具有超强的导电性、超高的比表面积、优异的化学稳定性和热稳定性,尤其是片状石墨烯表面的超疏水性和抗渗透性,为石墨烯用于防腐蚀涂料提供了可能。简要介绍了石墨烯的结构与性质,综述了石墨烯防腐蚀涂层的性能,并分析了石墨烯在涂层中的物理阻隔效应、电化学防腐蚀等耐蚀机理,展望了石墨烯防腐蚀涂料在船舶、海上风电和海洋平台等海洋工程中的应用前景。

Abstract:Graphene is a two-dimensional (2D) carbon material and a one atom thick planar sheet of sp2-bonded carbon atoms in a honeycomb.Due to the super conductivity,high specific surface area,high chemical stability and thermal stability,especially super hydrophobic and impermeability,graphene can be used as anticorrosive coatings with good application values.This paper briefly introduced the structure and properties of graphene,and summarized performance of graphene anticorrosive coating.The corrosion resistant mechanism of graphene in the coating was discussed such as physical barrier effect and electrochemical protection.The application prospects of graphene anti-corrosion coatings in ocean engineering of shipping,offshore wind power and ocean platforms were expected.
