钢制轴承保持架滚镀银防变色工艺探讨

摘    要:轴承保持架的镀银质量直接影响轴承的使用寿命,为防止镀银层变色,对钢制保持架镀银及防变色工艺进行了研究。对影响镀银层变色的原因,如保持架表面粗糙度和洁净度、电镀工艺、镀银以及防变色后的清洗、镀后处理进行了分析。结果显示:通过提高零件表面光洁度、采用合理的电镀工艺方案以及过程控制,提高镀层的结晶质量,再加以良好的镀后防变色工艺,改善包装以及装配过程的不良方式,尽可能避免零件与含硫以及其他腐蚀介质相接触,可以防止钢制镀银保持架的变色。

Abstract:Anti-discoloration process of silver plating coating on steel bearing cages was studied by experiment in the paper,and the reasons for discoloration of silver plating coating were analyzed,including surface roughness and cleanliness,the electroplating process,the cleaning after barrel plating silver and anti-discoloring and the handling after electroplating.Results showed that the anti-discoloration problems for silver coating on steel bearing cages were solved by means of the improvement of surface smoothness,the adoption of proper electroplating process and process control,the improvement of the crystallization quality and the good anti-discoloration process after the plating,the improvement of the package and assembling process and the avoidance of the contact of plating parts and substance containing S or other corrosive media.
