高碳钒矿综合回收石墨试验研究

摘    要:介绍了利用石墨、煤炭、石煤的可浮性差异,对高碳钒矿中的石墨进行优先浮选,可得到品位76.58%,含钒0.12%的石墨精矿,钒的损失率只有1.94%,可实现石墨与钒的综合回收。

Abstract:Based on the different flotability of graphite,coal and stone coal,the selective flotation of graphite in high carbon vanadium ore was conducted,and the graphite concentrate containing 76.58% graphite and 0.12% V2O5 was gained.The loss rate of V2O5 was only 1.94%.The experimental results indicated that the comprehensive recovery of graphite and vanadium was available.
