某难选铁矿的选矿研究

摘    要:针对吉林某羚羊铁矿矿物成分、赋存关系及矿石结构构造都非常复杂的特点, 进行了选矿试验研究。研究表明, 采用焙烧-磁选工艺, 在原矿TFe品位34.79%的条件下, 可获得精矿品位60%以上、回收率70%以上的指标, 较以往有很大的提高, 为羚羊铁矿石的进一步研究和工业应用打下了基础。

Abstract:In view of the complicacy of mineral composition,mineral occurrence state and ore structural property of a Lingyang iron ore in Jilin,roasting-magnetic method was adopted for mineral processing test of the ore.The test shows that,for this run-of-mine ore with a TFe grade of 34.79%,a concentrate with remarkably increased indexes,including a grade of over 60% and a recovery of over 70%,can be prepared,and the study constructed a solid foundation for further investigation and industrial utilization of Lingyang...
