首云铁矿孤立薄矿体开采方法研究

摘    要:多出矿进路阶段矿房法在首云铁矿挂帮矿主矿体回采中得到大量应用,但应用于回采边缘孤立薄矿体时,因距主矿体较远,主运输巷道工程难以利用,底部结构采准切割工程增大,采矿成本增高。为此提出了单一出矿进路的阶段矿房法,仅在矿体底部布置1条沿脉巷道,既做拉底巷道又兼做出矿巷道,使采准工程量大大降低,经实际应用,其回采成本和采矿效率明显优于其它空场法。

Abstract:The multi-entry bench room mining method has been widely used in exploitation of main hangingwall ore-body in Shouyun Iron Mine.But for exploiting the marginal thin veins, it makes the main public roadway hardly be used, and results in huge caving and mining engineering at bottom and high mining costs as well since the public roadway is far away from the main ore-body.So the single-entry bench room mining is proposed.That is, only one single roadway along the bottom of the thin vein is arranged, which can be used both as undercutting roadway and ore-drawing roadway.This method can reduce the cutting engineering quantities.The actual application proved that the method is superior to any other room mining methods in cost and efficiency of mining.
