摘    要:建立一种毛细管气相色谱法直接测定槟榔、酱腌菜等食品中4种对羟基苯甲酸酯(对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯)含量的检测方法.样品用乙酸乙酯直接提取,不需浓缩,直接进样,用毛细管柱气相色谱法测定.4种对羟基苯甲酸酯在0~500 μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限分别为0.01 mg/kg(S/N=3),添加平均回收率88. 5% ~103.5%,RSD<10%.方法前处理简单、快速、准确,灵敏度高,选择性好,回收率高,简单快捷, 能满足常规检测及食品安全控制的需要.

Abstract:A capillary gas chromatography method was developed to separate and determine four para-hydroxybenzoic acid esters(methyl phydroxybenzoate,ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate,propyl p-hydroxybenzoate,butyl p-hydroxybenzoate) in foods simultaneously,for example,betel nut,pickled vegetable,etc.Samples were directly extracted with ethyl acetate without concentration,the results showed that the linear correlation coefficients were higher than 0.999.The detection limit s for the analysis were all 0.01 mg /kg(S/N=3).The aver...
