| 摘 要： | 当前,我国教师专业化在职前培养、科研意识、专业自主等方面存在诸多问题。针对我国教师专业化发展的现状,其有效措施是提高教师的专业理想、提升教师的专业自主发展意识、完善教师资格证书制度、加强教师专业组织建设。

| Abstract: | Presently, before our country teacher specialization in office, raises, the scientific research consciousness, specialized independent and so on aspects to have many problems. In view of our country teacher specialization development＇s present situation, its effective action enhances teacher＇s specialized ideal, promotes teacher specialty independent development consciousness, the perfect teacher credentials system, strengthens the teacher specialized organization construction and so on. |
