| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨激光穴位照射并针刺治疗在肾移植术后胃肠道反应中的临床疗效。方法:将42例肾移植术后出现胃肠道反应的患者随机分为激光并针刺组(21例)和针刺组(21例),两组均取穴内关、足三里、三阴交等,观察两组患者腹痛、恶心、胃胀等症状缓解情况。结果:激光并针刺组治疗有效率为95.23%,针刺组治疗有效率为71.42%,两组比较激光并针刺组疗效明显优于针刺组,(P<0.05)。结论:激光并针刺治疗可明显提高肾移植术后胃肠道功能恢复的作用。
