上部结构已施工的桩基事故加固处理

采用锚杆静压桩法对一起上部结构已施工的、桩底存在软弱层的桩基事故进行了加固处理，提出补桩桩位与原灌注桩的净距离应保持至少2倍新增桩边长来消除压桩负摩阻力的影响，建议稳压封桩，以减小两种基础间日后可能出现的沉降差。

Reinforcement of A Pile Foundation Accident With Structure Finished

Anchor jacked pile was used in the reinforcement of a pile foundation accident with structure finished and with soft rock at the bottom of the pile. It’s proposed that the distance between the new pile and the accident pile should be more than twice of the size of the new pile. It’s suggested that sealing pile with the pressure constant should be used to reduce the settlement difference between two types of pile.
