城郊大型遗址区农村居民生活质量研究——以汉长安城遗址保护区为例

建设社会主义新农村是我国现代化进程中的重大历史任务,农村居民的生活质量从一定程度上体现了新农村建设目标的实施效果.通过问卷调查得知,汉长安城遗址保护区居民的生活满意度与区外存在明显差距,就业、收入、设施、环境等方面所存在的问题是影响居民生活质量的重要因素.专业协调、部门沟通、利益平衡等诸多社会价值因素是制约大遗址规划实施与居民生活状况改良的根本原因.应从保障大遗址规划的科学性、可操作性与公正性等方面着手提高居民生活质量.

A Study of Rural Residents' Living Quality on the Large Sites in the Suburb——A Case Study of Chang'an City of Han Dynasty

The Construction of socialist new rural region is the great strategic mission of our country's modernization; living quality of rural residents to some extent could reflect this mission's effect. Based on the questionnaire investigation, it is shown that the satisfactory degree varies among ruins protection zone and others periphery areas. In general, residents in ruins protection area show lower satisfactory degree than others periphery areas. The condition of some aspects such as employment, income, facility and environment is very bad, these problems are the most important factor which affect residents living quality. Analyses showed that lots of social value factors such as specialty coordination, government departments communication and benefit balance among every community are the main cause of which large sites planning had not been implemented and residents living quality had not been improved. To ensure that large sites planning could faithfully improve residents living quality in ruins protection zone, oriented by scientification, maneuverability and impartiality of large sites planning, some suggestions were put forward.
