厚壁12Cr1MoVG锻管再热裂纹敏感性试验

摘    要:用斜Y形坡口焊接裂纹试验法对厚壁12Cr1MoVG锻管再热裂纹敏感性进行试验,对比了12Cr1MoVG锻管和轧制钢板的再热裂纹敏感性,分析了再热裂纹的形成机理。结果表明:12Cr1MoVG锻管再热裂纹敏感性很大,明显高于12Cr1MoV轧制钢板,其再热裂纹的形成机理符合蠕变断裂理论的“空位开裂”;锻件材料再热裂纹敏感性高可能是由于其纤维方向、杂质元素偏析和微观结构等与热轧管存在一定的差异而导致的。

The reheat crack susceptibility test of 12CrlMoVG forged pipe of thick-wall

Abstract:The reheat-crack susceptibility of 12Cr1MoVG forged pipe of thick-wall has been evaluated by using the method of Y- groove cracking test. Then its reheat crack susceptibility was compared between 12Cr1MoVG forged pipe and 12Cr1MoV rolled plate. Then its formation mechanism of reheat-cracking was analyzed. The results of experiment was shown that 12Cr1MoVG forged pipe is considered as "highly susceptible" to reheat-cracking, and the mechanism shows in accord with creep rupture feature theory of "the empty gathering opens crack". The reheat-crack susceptibility of 12Cr1MoVG forged pipe is obvious higher than the one of the 12Cr1lMoV rolled plate. The difference between the 12Cr1MoVG forged pipe and the 12Cr1MoV plate possibly derives from the difference in fiber direction, segregation of impurities chemical element, microstructures, and so on.
