大容量磷酸铁锂体系高功率电池的设计研究

摘    要:
具有橄榄石结构的磷酸铁锂正极材料以其高安全性、低成本、长循环寿命等特点广泛应用于混合动力(HEVs)汽车及插电式混合动力(PHEVs)汽车等动力电池领域。选用了磷酸铁锂(LiFePO_4)/中间相碳微球作为动力电池的正负极材料体系,探讨了电极配方、制备工艺(碳基涂层铝箔)、电解液体系及集流结构设计对电池倍率及循环性能的影响。制备50 Ah磷酸铁锂功率型动力电池,进行了电化学及安全性能测试。

Abstract:
LiFePO4 (LFP) with olivine-type structure has high safety,low cost and long cycle life.LFP materials have attracted the attention of the automotive industry for applications in hybrid electric vehicles (HEV) and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs).50 Ah prismatic high power lithium ion cells with LiFePO4 (LFP) cathode/carbon anode chemical system were prepared to conduct electrochemical and safety tests.The influence of electrode formula design,electrolyte system,electrode processing and structural design on the rate and cycle performance was investigated.
