| 摘 要： | 钢包回转台属于大型框架结构，其作用是在炼钢跨和连铸跨之间实现钢水包与空包的快速更换。使用三维设计软件Pro／ENGINEER野火版3．0进行钢包回转台的三维建模，在此基础上对钢包回转台进行了模拟装配，并进行了有限元分析，为冶金设备的三维设计提供了新思路。

| Abstract: | Ladle turret is installed on the casting platform between the steel-making step and the continuous casting step in continuous casting workshops. Being a large-scale frame, the turret is used for removing empty ladle and getting new full one quickly. To develop a new thinking on three-dimensional design of metallurgy equipment, a three-dimensional model for ladle turret is set up on the Pro/ENGINEER wildfire 3. 0. Based on the model, certain imitative assembly is followed, together with a finite element analysis . |
