摘    要:某船用发电机组MTU4000柴油机运行过程中出现曲轴箱压力高且波动大故障,导致报警停车。故障排查工作遵循先易后难,先外围再内部的原则,分别对进气系统、排气系统、滑油系统以及各缸内部进行检查。结果表明:上述故障系曲轴箱呼吸器失效导致。实施相应整改措施后,故障得到彻底排除。

Abstract:A MTU4000 diesel engine in marine gensets had the problem of high pressure and big pressure fluctuation in its crankcase, which led to alarm going-off and gensets shutdown. The inspection was conducted according to the principle of "easy and outside part first, difficulty and inner part second", and intake system, exhaust system, and lubricating oil system, as well as the internal part of each cylinder were detected respectively. The results show that the fault was caused by the failure of the crankcase respirator. The corresponding troubleshooting measures were applied and this kind of fault never happened again.
