提高电液负载仿真台控制性能的动态补偿及仿真分析

摘    要:从理论上分析了电液负载仿真台存在多余力矩的特点及其对加载系统控制性能的影响,提出在结构上采用同步补偿、并利用同步马达和加载马达的角速度差进行顺馈的综合动态补偿方案,实现对多余力矩的二次补偿,以提高加载系统的控制性能。在建立数学模型的基础上,进行了计算机仿真,仿真结果表明此方法对克服多余力矩、提高系统的控制性能是有效的。

Abstract:After analyzing the characteristics of disturbance torque in electro hydraulic load simulator and its influence on the loading system theoretically,this paper proposed a comprehensive dynamic compensation for disturbance torque,in which the angular difference based on synchro compensation is feed forward to realize the second compensation for disturbance torque so as to improve the control performances of the loading system.Computer simulation on the mathematical model is carried out and the results show that the proposed comprehensive dynamic compensation is effective to overcome disturbance torque and enhance control performances of loading system.
