| 摘 要： | 为解决普通直管科里奥利质量流量计灵敏度偏低的问题,介绍了一种新型的带波纹管的直管科里奥利质量流量计,并在保持原结构的结构特征和受力特点不失真的前提下建立了两个力学模型,分别推导出振动微分方程,从而得到此质量流量计的灵敏度计算公式。此公式经过实验验证,证明了其正确性,并对研究、设计制造直管科里奥利质量流量计具有一定的指导作用。

| Abstract: | In this paper, a new type straight-tube Coriolis mass Flowmeter with bellows was introduced for the sake of advancing sensitivity and two mechanical models was designed based on structure and forces characteristic of this straight-tube eoriolis mass flowmeter. Then differential equations of the two models were deduced and the sensitivity formula was deduced. At last, the sensitivity formula was proved to be true by experimentations. This can be used to direct the research and design of straight-tube Coriolis mass Flowmeter. |
