摘    要:将Profibus-DP现场总线应用于多电机调速系统中,建立了PLC与变频器之间Profibus-DP现场通讯,实现了数据实时传输的要求.同时结合工控组态软件WinCC开发了上位机监控系统,建立了上位机与PLC之间的MPI数据通讯,完成了整个系统的过程监控、趋势观测、报警组态.试验调试表明,该系统可靠性高,系统界面友好,直观方便,满足实际生产要求.

Design of Multi-motor System Based on Profibus-DP Field Bus and Configuration Software WinCC
Abstract:Profibus-DP field bus is applied in the multi-motor system,and its field communication is established between PLC and frequency converter,achieving real data transmission requirement.simultaneously combing industry-controlled configuration software WinCC,upper computer monitor system is developed and MPI data communication is established between upper computer and PLC,achieving process monitor,trend observation and alarm configuration of the whole system.
