| 摘 要： | 针对目前建设工程造价中存在的问题,阐述了加强造价控制的方法,指出加强造价管理应根据工程自身规律及在不同阶段呈现出的不同特点,立足于对工程造价的事前、事中、事后控制,才能满足新形势下对审计工作的要求.

| Abstract: | Aiming at the problems existing in the present engineering cost,it illustrates the ways to strengthen cost control,points out that strengthening cost management should observe the regulation of projects and the different character in different stage,and should strengthen the control before,in and after construction,so as to satisfy the requirements of audit under new situation. |
