S-玻纤织物增强复合材料层合板的冲击损伤特性研究

摘    要:通过空气炮冲击实验装置、渗透剂增强的X射线照相法和高强光背射法分析了S-玻纤织物增强复合材料层合板的冲击损伤特性,研究了冲击速度、铺层角、弹丸质量变化时材料的破坏机理与特征,其研究结论对抗弹复合材料的进一步研究与应用具有指导意义。

Abstract:Using air gun impact device, X ray photograph reinforced by permeance agent and back powerful light, the authors analyzed the impact damage characteristics of composite plate reinforced with S glass wove fabric. The damage characteristics of the material under bullet impact with different impact speed, ply orientation and bullet mass are studied. The results are important for the further study and application of bullet proof composite.
