| 摘 要： | 煤矿的＂一通三防＂,指的是通风、防尘、防瓦斯、防火,与＂一通三防＂相关的煤矿事故,具有突发性、灾难性、破坏性、继发性等特征,而相应的安全管理对策,就是为了遏制这些事故的出现。以碱沟煤矿工程为例,对该工程进行了全方位安全评价,进而提出该工程一通三防安全管理的对策。

| Abstract: | The ＆quot;one ventilation and three prevention＆quot; of coal mines refers to the ventilation, dust prevention, gas prevention and fire prevention. T he accidents of coal mines related to ＆quot;one ventilation and three prevention＆quot; occur suddenly, catastrophically, destructively and secondarily. The corresponding safety management measures are to prevent such accidents. With the project of Jiangou Coal Mine project as an example, a comprehensive safety assessment is conducted, and then the safety management measure of＆quot;one ventilation and three prevention＆quot;are put forward for the project. |
