基于Pro/Mechanica的电动刀架上刀体的模态分析

摘    要:电动刀架是数控车床实现刀位转换的重要部件,其动态性能的优劣对加工精度的影响至关重要。应用Pro/E软件进行电动刀架上刀体的3D建模,进而利用Pro/Mechanica进行电动刀架上刀体的有限元分析,得出电动刀架上刀体的前8种模式的频率随着模式的增加频率依次递增,频率数值在4 471.21 Hz~8 586.02Hz范围之间,而上刀体的固有频率远离数控车床的工作频率,所以在数控加工过程中发生共振的几率较低,所以电动刀架的上刀体动态性能在数控加工过程中是安全、可靠的。

Abstract:As an important component to convert tool position,the dynamic and static performance of the Electric turret of CNC lathe is essential to the machining accuracy. In this paper,Pro/E was used to build 3D modeling of upper cutter body of electric turret,and Pro/Mechanica was applied to do finite element analysis. Based on the results of analysis, there were 8 models of the upper cutter body between 4471.21Hz and 8586.02Hz. The natural frequency of the upper cutter body were away from the range of CNC machining processing frequency in processing, which confirmed a low probability of occurrence of resonance,so the upper cutter body of the CNC lathe in the course of processing was security and reliable.
