基于三爪自定心卡盘偏心件车削方法的研究

摘    要:通过理论分析,得出了偏心件垫片厚度的计算公式,结合自己的加工经验,分析和总结了偏心件的加工方法和技巧,对偏心件的加工从相关的理论公式到加工实践中可能遇到的实际问题都进行了较为系统的分析论证。

Abstract:By theoretical analysis, the gasket thickness calculation formula of eccentric shaft is concluded. Combined with my own processing experience, the processing methods and techniques of eccentric shaft are analyzed and summarized. In this paper, the processing of eccentric shaft from the related theory formulas to the practical problems that processing may encounter is systematically analyzed.
