| 摘 要： | 分析了多功能分配器的工作原理,设计了多功能分配器结构,研制了多功能分配器的部装件,连续进行了实验,实验结果表明,在生产厚度方向片材时多层材料均匀地复合在一起,各层材料之间结合良好,阻透效果十分理想;在生产宽度方向片材时不同颜色材料构成的双色片材左右对称均匀,各项性能指标都达到了设计要求。

| Abstract: | The working principle of multifunctional distributor is analyzed, multifunctional distributor structure is designed, and the multifunctional distributor fittings are developed. Continuous experiment results show that when producing the sheet thickness as purpose, multilayer material evenly composite together, good combination between the layers of material, barrier effect is very ideal. When producing the sheet width as purpose, different color material consisting of two color sheet’ s both sides is symmetrical evenly. Various performance indicators meet the design requirements. |
