高压水射流深穿透射孔技术在江苏油田的应用

摘    要:在分析常规聚能射孔的缺陷,特别是压实带对油井产能影响的基础上,介绍高压水射流深穿透射孔的技术优点和系统组成。结合低渗油藏特点,确定适合江苏油田油水井的选井条件和射孔工艺参数。通过2口井的现场试验,逐步改进完善井下工具各部分结构,实现现场施工作业设备和施工参数的配套。确定现场施工参数的控制范围,井下装置灵活可靠地运作、进行深穿透射孔。
