光纤在线监测变压器热点温升技术及其应用前景

摘    要:变压器线圈热点温度是变压器安全、经济运行和使用寿命的主要决定因素。所谓变压器线圈热点是出现在线圈绝缘系统某部位的最高温度。变压器运行温度过高, 短期会使其绝缘下降、机械特性出现暂时性的变劣, 使其短路强度降低; 长期变压器寿命将缩短, 绝缘材料加速老化, 密封材料变脆。变压器运行中线圈温度过高将影响变压器的安全运行和寿命。因此监测运行中的变压器线圈热点温度是非常必要的。光纤技术应用于变压器热点温升的监测, 是一种优越的在线实时监测技术, 可以提高设备的可用率。

Abstract:Winding hot-point temperature is one of the key factors to safety and economy operation as well as life of transformers.Transformer winding hot point is the highest temperature in the insulation system of the windings.It is wellknown that the short-term affects of transformer overheat are reduction in insulation,temporary deterioration of mechanical characteristics,and reduction in short-circuit intensity.In the long run,the life of the transformer will be shortened,aging of the insulation materials will be accelerated,and sealant will become brittle.That is to say,winding overheat during operation affects the safety and life of transformers.So it is necessary to monitoring the hot-point temperature.Fiber optic technology is a superior online monitoring technology.It will improve the availability of equipments.
