| 摘 要： | 通过对马鞍山市60户住宅全年能耗的调查，分析了居户人口、收入、空调台数，住宅的建筑面积及建筑年代等因素对住宅建筑空调、采暖设备能耗的影响，得出了马鞍山市住宅、空调、采暖设备用电量规律。

| Abstract: | Through the energy-consumption survey of sixty buildings in Ma'anshan city in the whole year,the paper analyzes the influence of the resident population,the income,the number of the air conditioning,the building area of the buildings and the construction time to the energy-consumption of the building air conditioning and the heating equipment,the electricity consumption law of the building,the air conditioning and the heating equipment in Ma'anshan city. |
