| 摘 要： | 对目前生产单缸柴油机主轴承盖所采用的机械加工工艺方案进行了分析,提出了适合此产品生产特点的经济型工艺方案,并从成本、加工精度方面进行了分析。设计了钻6-φ9关键工序的工装,并对其进行了相关分析。

| Abstract: | Analysis is carried out on the current manufacturing process for the main bearing of a single cylinder engine.A plan of economic process suitable for this part is put forwarded based on that analysis and the study of this plan from cost to machining accuracy is performed.Finally,a tooling is designed for a critical process of drilling 6 holes ofφ9 and the analysis regarding the tooling is carried out. |
